Q2. Do you need to be a Member of OSA to attend the OSA convention 2019?
Answer: Yes, All registrants must be a member of OSA to register for the convention.
Q3. What is the minimum age to become an OSA Member?
Answer: You have to be minimum 26 years and above to become member.
Q4. My kid’s age is above 26 years. Could he/she attend the convention under my name?
Answer: No. All Youth age above 26 years of age need to register separately and become member of OSA to attend the convention.
Q5. If I am already a member of OSA, can I upgrade my membership?
Answer: Yes, you could upgrade your membership by paying the difference.
Q6. If I have taken membership for 1 year in last Convention, do I have to again pay for the membership?
Answer: Yes. It expires on June 30th of upcoming convention year (In this case: June 30th 2019).
Q7. How do I reach out for help in registration, if I have any doubt?
Answer: For registration related questions/concerns, please send an email with details to firstname.lastname@example.org. (Please allow few days to respond to your mail). Limited services will be available on RegistraionHelp line.
Q8. What happens, if On-line registration is not available or having some technical issue to register?
Answer: In case of technical issue with On-line registration, please download the Registration form from the website and fill the form manually and then mail by post. The Signature, Date, Check Number / PayPal conf. number are mandatory requirements. You may use our RegistraionHelp line to get help in registration.
Q9. How Do I send my Check?
Answer: The Check should be payable to “OSA NY/NJ”. Please mention in memo, “towards OSA convention 2019” and the Registration confirmation number.

Q10. If I am a donor, when do I get my hotel reservation confirmation?
Answer: After you are successfully registered, you will receive a separate email confirmation regarding hotel room reservation confirmation within a week from the date of payment received or Check cleared.
Q11. Once I register, can I add more members’ name, Food coupons later?
Answer: Yes. Just enter your registration confirmation number to retrieve your registration data and then add / modify the existing data and pay the balance amount.
Q12. If I need to upgrade my membership, how much I would pay?
Answer: The amount will be calculated based on prevalent fee. [For Ex: if you need to upgrade Membership from Life to Patron, you need to pay balance
$ 400 i.e. ($600 – $200)].
Q13. How much maximum amount I could pay by PayPal?
Answer: The maximum amount to be paid by PayPal is $3,000.
Q14. What is cancellation policy for registration?
Answer: Any registration cancellation before May 31st 2019, the total amount will be refunded fully subjected to deduction of PayPal/Credit card transaction fee. Any cancellation after May 31st 2019, the registration amount will be forfeited. Balance amount will be refunded subjected to deduction of PayPal/Credit card transaction fee.

Answer: Any meal cancellation before June 10 2019, the total amount will be refunded fully subjected to deduction of PayPal/Credit card transaction fee. Any cancellation after June 10th 2019, the meal amount will be forfeited due to contractual obligation. Balance amount will be refunded subjected to deduction of PayPal/Credit card transaction fee.
